What should you expect from RUSH ID?

No. Upload a photo with the required background already in place. Use a photo editor or studio before opening RUSH ID if the background needs work.

No. RUSH ID does not generate, retouch, beautify, or alter your appearance. Your source photo should already show the clothing, grooming, expression, and lighting you want in the final sheet.

No. The app does not sharpen, upscale, restore, or improve image quality. Start with a clear image because enlarging a small source can expose blur or pixelation.

Use a clear front-facing portrait with even lighting and enough space around the head and shoulders. Prepare the required background, clothing, expression, eyewear, and grooming before upload.

Check the latest rules from the agency receiving the photo. The in-app guide helps with size and framing, but it does not inspect compliance.

The source photo may already be cropped too tightly. RUSH ID can remove image area, but it cannot recreate pixels outside the original frame. Choose a wider portrait with more space around the head and shoulders.

It places one portrait into repeated, exact-size photo slots on a 4R sheet. You can choose a package, position the crop, rotate the image, and adjust zoom. Then add an optional name strip, download the sheet, or print it.

Each 2×2 photo uses the same area as four 1×1 photos. These mixed combinations fill all 24 square inches:

• 1 large and 20 small
• 2 large and 16 small
• 3 large and 12 small
• 4 large and 8 small
• 5 large and 4 small

Six 2×2 photos or twenty-four 1×1 photos also fill the sheet. Counts such as 2 large and 4 small leave half of the paper unused. Choose a full-sheet mix and give the remaining photos to the customer as extras.

Shop mode tracks one customer job at a time. Enable it in Settings. After handoff, choose Finish job & clear photo to remove the photo and job settings. The app saves only the current job number in this browser, so the counter continues after a refresh or restart.

No. Each preset shows the official source used, the date RUSH ID last verified it, and the available size or framing guidance. Requirements can change, and the app cannot inspect every rule or predict an officer’s decision. Open the cited source and confirm the current instructions before accepting a customer job.

The Department of Foreign Affairs captures the applicant’s passport photo and biometrics on-site. The preset keeps a 35 × 45 mm framing reference for another office that may request that size, but it does not represent a Philippine passport print requirement.

The cited Civil Service Commission instructions require the applicant to be photographed while holding a handwritten full-name tag with a signature. Prepare that tag before taking the source photo. RUSH ID disables its generated strip so it cannot be mistaken for the physical requirement.

No. The crown, chin, and center guides are manual visual references. Move and zoom the portrait yourself until it matches the guidance.

Choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 20 MB. A high-resolution original gives the crop more usable detail.

Yes. The crop controls support touch, pointer, and keyboard input. A larger screen can make precise framing easier, but it is not required.

Add one only when a school, employer, or other organization asks for a name strip. Choose the white or black strip to match its instructions; the black option uses white text. Keep the field blank for official passport and visa photos unless the receiving agency explicitly requires it.

4R is 4×6-inch photo paper. Some packages use portrait orientation and some use landscape orientation so the requested photo sizes fit without scaling.

Choose 4R or 4×6-inch paper, borderless printing, and 100% or Actual size. Turn off Fit to page, Shrink, or other automatic scaling. The printer and print shop must preserve the file’s physical size.

Enable printer calibration in Settings. Print the 90 mm test at 100% or Actual size, measure its outside width and height with a reliable ruler, then save those measurements under a printer profile. RUSH ID calculates a suggested print-dialog scale. Print and measure one verification sheet before using the setting for customer output.

Use A4 bond paper only for a rough check. Create the final profile with the same 4R photo paper, media type, print quality, and borderless setting used for customer output. Printer drivers can apply different scaling and margins to A4 and 4R jobs.

No. Calibration profiles do not resample the sheet, change its pixel dimensions, or rewrite its DPI. They store a printer name and two measurements in this browser and provide print-dialog guidance for that printer and paper setup.

Choose Download 4R when you will send the JPEG to a photo shop or print it later. Choose Print 4R to open the browser’s print dialog on the current device. Both use the same selected package and crop.

Dots per inch (DPI) links the image’s pixel dimensions to its intended print size. RUSH ID writes the selected output DPI into the JPEG. Printing at 100% or Actual size preserves the intended measurements.

Your browser saves the JPEG in its configured download location. RUSH ID does not keep a server copy. Your operating system, browser, cloud backup, or photo shop may handle the file after download.

No. Application code decodes, crops, and renders the photo in your browser. The source photo and optional name tag do not go to RUSH ID, Cloudflare, or Google.

It does not save customer photos or job settings. Refreshing the page or closing the tab clears the working job. Tool preferences, the shop counter, printer profiles, and the theme preference remain in this browser until you clear site data.

Yes. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and performance without analytics cookies. Google Search Console reports search visibility. Google Analytics 4 measures visits, sessions, device details, approximate location, and interactions. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete disclosure.
